These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of hireflux-ai.com and its AI-powered interview platform (the "Platform"). By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the Platform in any capacity — as a recruiter, administrator, or candidate — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
The Platform is provided exclusively for legitimate employment screening and interview purposes. You agree to use the Platform only to conduct, evaluate, and manage candidate interviews within your organisation. You must not use the Platform to discriminate unlawfully, to harass candidates, to collect data for purposes unrelated to hiring, or in any manner that violates applicable law.
Access to the Platform requires a valid subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each subscription is issued to a single organisation (tenant). You must not share access credentials with individuals outside your organisation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are found to be misused.
Hiring organisations are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from candidates before scheduling an interview session. Candidates must be informed that the interview involves audio and video recording, AI-assisted evaluation, and that their data will be processed and retained as described in our Privacy Policy. The Platform provides interview links valid for 24 hours; hiring organisations must not misuse or redistribute these links.
Candidates who access an interview session will be asked to grant browser-level permission for camera and microphone access. This consent is required to participate in the interview. By proceeding past the permission prompt, candidates acknowledge that their audio and video will be captured and processed for interview evaluation purposes only. Candidates may withdraw at any time by revoking browser permissions, which will end the session.
The Platform uses AI models to transcribe spoken answers and generate scores, feedback, and skill assessments. These evaluations are provided as decision-support tools only. Hiring organisations remain solely responsible for all final hiring decisions. We make no warranty that AI-generated evaluations are accurate, complete, or free from bias.
Candidate interview data is retained for 6 months from the date of session completion, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Hiring organisations must not attempt to export, duplicate, or retain candidate data outside the Platform beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
All software, design, and content comprising the Platform is the intellectual property of hireflux-ai.com. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform during your subscription period solely for the purposes described in these Terms. You must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, hireflux-ai.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
